Description:
The TESTY 2+ is additionally equipped with an RCD test circuit. This allows various RCDs with rated currents of 10mA to
500mA to be tested with a tripping time of 200msec. In addition, the TESTY 2+ measures the tripping time and displays it on the LCD display in [msec.]. The RCD test is controlled by a microcontroller that starts the test precisely at zero crossing. With these test devices, there is no need to place a finger on a metal electrode, as the built-in capacitive sensor detects when it is held in the hand.
